1. Definitions
- "Milkset", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the owner of this website and service.
- "Client", "you", or "your" refers to the person using our services or browsing our website.
- "Service" refers to the freeze-drying and handling of expressed breast milk.
2. Use of Website
By using this website, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information.
- Not to use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- That all content on the site is owned by Milkset and may not be copied without permission.
3. Orders and Processing
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Upon receiving your expressed breast milk, we will inspect the packaging for damage or thawing, verify the temperature and condition to ensure safety, and note the total volume received and any special instructions.
- If the milk arrives thawed, leaking, or otherwise unsafe for processing, we reserve the right to refuse freeze-drying to ensure the integrity of our process and your baby's safety.
4. The Freeze-Drying Process
- Your milk will be placed in a sterile, food-grade freeze-drying chamber.
- The water is gently removed via sublimation under vacuum conditions — preserving nutrients and immunological properties.
- Once complete, your milk is sealed in custom portions and returned via courier.
5. Courier and Delivery
- Clients are responsible for sending their frozen milk via courier with adequate cold-chain packaging.
- We assist in coordinating safe courier options and offer courier support in certain areas.
- Return delivery is included in the price unless otherwise specified.
- Milkset is not liable for delays or loss caused by third-party couriers.
6. Disclaimer
- Milkset handles all expressed milk with the utmost care and sterile technique.
- However, we are not liable for any health or feeding complications resulting from the use of freeze-dried milk after it leaves our care.
- Clients are responsible for the correct collection, storage, and transport of breast milk before it arrives at Milkset.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the custom and perishable nature of our service, no refunds will be issued once processing has begun.
- If you cancel your order before dispatching your milk, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus an admin fee.
8. Privacy
Your personal and medical information is handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except where necessary for service delivery (e.g., couriers).
